By visiting miniterms.comor submitting your email to the waitlist, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with any of them, please don’t use the site.

Today, Miniterms is a waitlist landing page. You can read what we’re building and submit your email to be notified at launch. That is the entire scope of the live service.

• The actual document generator (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, DPA)
• Any guarantee of when those will be available
• Any binding commitment that pricing, features, or coverage will match what’s described on the landing page

Roadmap copy on the landing page is a statement of intent, not a contract. Plans evolve.

When the product launches, separate terms will apply to its use. Those terms will replace these for anyone who signs up for the product. We’ll notify the waitlist before that happens.

Don’t try to break the site. No automated mass signups, no probing for vulnerabilities outside an authorized program, no attempts to bypass rate limits. We rate-limit aggressively and may block IPs that misbehave.

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, content accuracy, or that the site is fit for any particular purpose. Any reliance on what’s published here is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dekimu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for the waitlist is limited to 0€ — there is no paid relationship today.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in your place of residence.

We can update these terms. Material changes will bump the version above and be emailed to the waitlist. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Where this service issues anchored receipts (APR, ACR, or any other Anchored Receipts protocol-family member), those receipts are technical evidence: they record that a signed event existed and that its content has not been altered since signing. They are not legal proof of any underlying fact, are not a substitute for qualified legal advice, and carry no warranty of admissibility before any regulator, court, auditor, or tribunal. The legal effect of a receipt in any specific jurisdiction or proceeding is outside this service’s and Dekimu’s control.

You agree to use this service in compliance with applicable law. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of any statement, declaration, or attestation that you sign, anchor, or attribute to yourself through this service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Dekimu Labs S.L., its affiliates, and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or from misrepresentations you make through it.

Miniterms builds your Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy and DPA to the requirements of current EU and Spanish data-protection law (GDPR, LOPDGDD, AEPD guidance), and keeps its templates updated as the law changes. The document is only as accurate as the information you provide.You are responsible for ensuring your answers are truthful and that the finished document reflects how your business actually collects and uses data. Provided on that basis, the documents are not individualised legal advice and create no lawyer–client relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dekimu’s total liability arising from any generated document is limited to the fees you paid for Miniterms in the 12 months before the claim, and you agree to indemnify Dekimu against third-party claims arising from inaccurate information you supplied or from use that doesn’t match your stated data practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law (including for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury), or limits mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
